Julie is very professional, friendly and her ability to perform putting my PICC line in was not hurtful or scary. She told me as she worked everything she would or was doing before she did it. How it would feel. Julie made me feel very comfortable. She was efficient and took her time to do it right.
This was the third time I’ve had it done and never before had it been so pleasant, to say a funny word for that.
