Julie Sparks was described by one of her patients as one who goes above and beyond – this patient described her as always coming into her room with a smile – never made me feel like I was bothering her – she made certain she explained everything thoroughly to me – she made a point of re-explaining something to me when she thought I was confused – when she knew I was feeling really sick and discouraged – she made a point of staying with me until I felt better about the situation – she also made sure she extended her graciousness to my husband – I was always happy to see her enter my room.
