I have noticed Julie's amazing qualities. Exemplary work during procedures and leadership qualities and without any hesitance to teach new staff, interns, even new intern doctors in the procedure area. I have experienced with her some of the complicated prolonged endoscopy procedures Doctors were unable to continue due to position or anatomical issues, she would help them to guide and encourage positive vibes to assist the doctors and make it a trouble-free manner.

As a procedure nurse, she always prioritizes patient safety first. Her outstanding performances in the procedure were being appreciated by many senior Doctors. The fact is that many Doctors particularly requested her to assist in some cases especially pediatric endoscopy procedures. Her empathy and caring attitude towards patients and families are magnificent. As a co-worker, I can truly say that it is an honor to work with an individual who possesses such amazing qualities.
