I would like to let you know how amazing Julie Uribe has been throughout my stay in the ICU. She went above and beyond for me and my family. When I first arrived, Julie was there to support all of us, tending to our needs as a patient and confused family. When I had difficulty with the anesthesia, she played soothing music using her own phone helping to calm everyone. She followed up with my family and gave them reports and explained processes throughout. For the next 2 days, Julie continued her support and understanding with myself and my family. She was so friendly to all of us. I am thankful for having such wonderful and professional care during my stay here. Thank you.
