Julie stands out for two reasons; Personalization and Professionalism. From the beginning, I was not just another patient. I felt as close as a nephew. She was deeply and seriously concerned for my health. Then, just as easy a throwing a light switch, she was my friend and family.

Since the first visit, she has maintained that high level of professionalism but it is so wrapped up in the kindness and sweetness that is a part of her. These are qualities she was born with and cannot be taught. Nor could she learn to become that way because it is either a part of you or it's not. It is a part of Julie.

Caring for others is her life and it is reflected in her work; the gentle touch of applying a bandage and the warmth of the smile.

I won't remember how many visits I had, the types of medicine or even how many nurses I dealt with. But Julie will never be forgotten ever. She is the really awesome health care person in my life.
