For several important days in a row, Julie was the calm and caring presence we needed to ride a very turbulent storm. She was always very present and attentive. We felt very "heard" and she treated us as though we matter and that our concerns and questions matter. She never seemed to rush to leave our room despite carrying a full patient load. I don't know what we would have done without Julie!
