Julie continues to demonstrate the value of care and compassion, teamwork and excellent quality while working with her patients. She has the ability to be strong and confident for her patients, along with exhibiting real empathy and compassion while consoling her patients. This was witnessed when a young couple came in who were having twins. This couple had to be rushed to the procedure area because they were exhibiting early labor. This was a scary moment for this couple and their family. All throughout this ordeal, Julie exhibited confidence and hope for the patient. She held the young lady's hand and continued to talk her through everything that was happening, including giving reassurance that she was doing great. Unfortunate events proceeded to happen, and Julie stayed strong and compassionate for her young patient. After the procedure was over, Julie stayed with the patient and continued to check in on the young couple until they were discharged from the unit. The patient and family were very grateful for the care and compassion Julie gave them.
