Juliet was very gentle and kind with my mom and an asset to her profession. She spent quality time and even visited my mom on another unit when she transferred. She is very respectful- you could see her smile in her eyes even with the mask covering her face. Juliet's demeanor is infectious, and she has a passion for caring people.
