Each time I need assistance and I call Juliet, even when she is not on the same wing as I am, she is always there for me.
Juliet Lago has worked for over 10 years on the 4th floor and has helped countless patients, families, and coworkers. During this time, she has frequently been recognized by DAISY Award nominations and You Got Caught Caring cards. The following are some comments from these that signify what a special nurse Juliet is:
Juliet made a big difference by giving all of my brother’s medicine on time. He had a total of 13 medicines, so this was not easy. She stood to watch over him and treated him with respect. My brother was very comfortable and trusted Juliet.

Each time I need assistance and I call Juliet, even when she is not on the same wing as I am, she is always there for me. She always asks, “Are you Ok? Do you need anything?” It doesn’t matter if she is busy or not she is always ready to help me. I am so appreciative of Juliet’s willingness to offer help without me even having to ask. She is considerate and compassionate and is an awesome teammate with a heart of gold.

Our 4th floor is lucky to have Juliet. She is one of the most helpful, caring team players and is exceptional in her daily work. She is always checking on us and asks if we need help.
