Juliette Letterman, RN

Juliette went above and beyond in the care of my elderly parents. She expedited the integration of dad's pace maker, when the cardiac nurse could not come to the ER, by doing it herself. Juliette also made my mother more comfortable by bringing her a cup of coffee and spending time explaining what was, what is, and what to expect in the near future. She was kind, considerate, and a pleasure to have giving care to my loved one. Thanks!
