I have been fighting a colorectal condition for about 4 years now that has led to me having 4 surgeries in the past year. I was blessed that Dr. A worked me in on a busy Friday and stayed super late to help me. I had a very long night of no sleep due to severe pains. Juliette came in and assessed me that morning and noticed that I was having a difficult time, so she made her rounds and then came back to assess me further.
Juliette worked 39 steps of the 12 step assessment checking vitals, hands, and feet, cleaning pick lines and sterile capping everything triple checking my stomach and relating to my pain and pain levels, all dressings and my medications and said, "Let's see how that does." Just wanted to say outstanding attention to detail and genuine care for the individual. Nurses like Juliette give patients like me the care and attention to individual problems, confidence, strength, and desire to want to try harder because we know that someone is there that will help.
