Our mission is to continue our heritage of healing and improving life for the people we serve. As we entered the nationwide pandemic that changed life as we once knew, Julious Heidelberg continued to uphold that mission. He stepped up and demonstrated values of responsiveness as his team adjusted from taking pediatric patients to strictly COVID positive patients. In this time of uncertainly, he transitioned from charge nurse to nurse manager with a floor of nurses demonstrating respect and trust within his leadership abilities. Despite the uncertainty that we faced, he continued to uphold our mission of healing and improving life for the people we serve. He continues to assist and respond to care for others. His staff is a phenomenal reflection of helpfulness, flexibility, and care. There are times prior to the pandemic that I have been pulled to the floor and everyone has always helped. Julious always made sure he assisted in any way and displayed professionalism and respect with each encounter. He continues these same mannerisms with continuous adjustments to a new floor and position. He is always readily available for stepping up to the task in efforts to carry out our vision to be the healthcare provider of choice.
