Julissa Ortiz, RN

Julissa is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. During my time in-home care, she willingly scheduled her visits around numerous medical appointments and always confirmed ahead of time, arriving promptly at the agreed time. A couple of times, when the surgeon’s nurse was unavailable for a medication dosage consultation, she reported the results to me later the same day, even after what might have been normal working hours, so that my medication could be adjusted appropriately without delay. She always asked me timely questions and followed up with explanations and information that aided my recovery. Julissa obviously enjoys caring for her patients and it was a pleasure and privilege to receive her care.
