My emotion was so calm because Julissa knew the problem my mom was having.
I have been coming every time my mom becomes ill. Now, mom is 94 years of age. I knew sooner or later I would experience my mom go through a bad health issue but couldn’t imagine what that would be. Always had some fear but didn’t allow it to be strong on my way to RGRH and took myself into positive thoughts as we came to the ER.

Today at 3:50 am my mom’s heart rate went too high, 210, before I even stood up from my chair, Nurse Julissa was at my mom’s bedside. Then the team got to the room. My emotion was so calm because Julissa knew the problem my mom was having. I saw your staff working together and I am very impressed with their training. At the time, I thought I would panic but your staff made me feel blessed by God that my nurse was there for my mom and me. They gave me comfort and I am so very impressed that I felt this is not going to go unnoticed. I am talking about these experiences with my brother and family. My mom was never scared and stayed calm. Your nurses showed that they love their job. Nurses worked in a great team; I pray other family members with their loved ones in need get to experience the experience my mom and I got.
