Julie delivers exceptional end-of-life care. She is so focused on patient and family needs. For example, a family recognized her for always being on top of their pain management/comfort and always asking them if they need anything. She frequently checked on him/them. They expressed how they could feel how much she cared, her compassion, and desire to deliver exceptional care.

Every time I round after Julie has cared for a group of patients, I know exactly who cared for them as every time I hear about the great nurse who spent extra time with them listening, knowing what they needed before they asked. They talk about her positive attitude, willingness to help, and her professionalism. We are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful nurse on our team as she always has a positive impact on our patient experience scores.

Julie always has a smile on her face even with her hectic schedule she always makes time to come to my room and check me if I need anything. She is a reliable nurse when it comes to giving scheduled medications. She is always on time. Checks my IV port more often, and gives me instructions on how to flush the toilet that needs to cover before flushing. Nurses are very busy but she is good at time management. The most important trait is her caring personality.
