Jung was nominated by three grateful ICU nurses for assisting them in the care of a gravely ill patient and his wife, who was unable to communicate well, using our interpreter services. With one telephone call request for help, Jung was willing and able to bridge this gap. Jung became an essential part of the ICU care team by expanding their ability to communicate. Most importantly, Jung spent hours with this family and showed incredible compassion and patience each time she visited and called.
