Justin Beckstead, RN
Yesterday, I fell off a ladder and broke 5 ribs and punctured my lung. I had to have a chest tube placed. Then I was sent to the surgical floor for recovery and observation. Justin was my nurse for the next 12 hours. In all my time as a patient over the years, I have never had as good of a nurse as Justin.
Justin exceeded all my expectations. He was always so helpful and kind. I have a sense of humor and Justin joked right along with me to help out my mind at ease and to make me feel more comfortable with my surroundings. Justin kept every one of the commitments he made to me. He was always right on time. He did everything to keep my pain under control. He was gentle and unhurried when I had to get up and move to go to the bathroom. He was attentive to all my needs. He helped me keep my spirits up. I could praise Justin all day long for his care. Thank you, Justin, for getting me through the most difficult 12 hours of my hospital stay.
