I met Justin during my brother-in-law's long stay in the ICU. My sister called me when he went into the ICU and asked me to come up to be with her. I stayed for 11 days and then returned about a week later; he passed away.
Justin was so great. He not only gave excellent care to my brother-in-law but was there for my sister as well. He kept her calmer; was there for her with a hug when she needed it. He was so extraordinary! His kindness, expertise, and especially his compassion helped my sister get through this very difficult time. I was amazed at the kind of person he is.
You know the old saying, "Everyone's replaceable." At 66 years old, I have finally met the only exception to that rule that I have encountered. You and the patients are so very fortunate to have Justin at your hospital and especially in the ICU.
