Justin has cared for me twice during my stay in the hospital. On the first occasion, he listened and provided extraordinary care by anticipating my needs, like straightening my tray and refilling my water just the way I liked it without me asking (while I was asleep). During the second occasion, he provided additional exemplary care by using a variety of strategies to help me cope with an anxiety spike.
