After an emergency C-Section, my daughter was placed in ICU on a ventilator. I have been around healthcare for a very long time. I observed Nurse Justin. I have never seen better skills, caring, and compassion each time he entered our daughter's room. One particular day, Justin was scheduled off. He showed up at my daughter's bedside. I asked him, "I thought you were off today?" Justin said he remembered my daughter (the patient) had a bad day yesterday. Justin was out that day taking care of some loose ends. He was concerned about our daughter and decided to come by to check on her. Thanks, Justin for going over and beyond, taking great care of our patients with excellent clinical skills, care, and compassion!
