Justin Metcalf, RN

My boyfriend was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. His cancer is aggressive and growing fast. We have been in the ER and the hospital for 16 days in the last 40 days since his diagnosis. Though most of the nurses and doctors have been great, we have never felt so supported, listened to, and cared about as he made us feel. Justin went above and beyond to listen and advocate, and explain things to us. Though this is an awful time and we are praying for a miracle, please know that J and I will remember this small act of kindness in a very dark time. Just the small blessings matter to families like ours that are going through so much to just have someone care. I wish we could do more than to tell him just how great our day was with him, and thank you. Thank you, Justin!
