Justin was very personable, professional, and efficient, and he asked all the right questions to try to determine the cause of his pain and make him as comfortable as possible.
I transported my husband to Tamarack Health Hayward ER for extreme abdominal pain. Within minutes, Justin Cebery was in the waiting room with a wheelchair to take him to an exam room. Justin was very personable, professional, and efficient, and he asked all the right questions to try to determine the cause of his pain and make him as comfortable as possible.
Labs were drawn, urinalysis completed, and an EKG was performed. Justin started an IV line (this alone was amazing because my husband has "terrible" veins) and completed a review of his health history and medications. A CT Angio Chest Abdomen Pelvis Scan was also completed. Justin quickly determined that he was in extreme pain, and he made a point to promptly communicate this to the physician, who ordered IV medication to allay this.
Thankfully, all key tests were negative, and it was determined he had passed a kidney stone. My daughter, who is an RN and was also at the hospital, and I were very impressed with the entire ER experience-the staff was amazing! The doctor spent time talking with us about test results and diagnoses. This hospital is very lucky to have an ER-certified physician, and very lucky to have a qualified RN in the ER — Justin! J
Justin promptly put my husband at ease upon our arrival and for his over and above actions when he communicated quickly with the doctor related to his pain needs.
