If there could be an award for perseverance, Justin would deserve it, hands down. Justin has worked hard to continue with his BSN despite multiple personal and professional challenges. Through all of it, he has remained the epitome of an emerging nursing professionalism and is a model and mentor for his peers. I can imagine the care and compassion he demonstrates to his peers are reflected in his excellent nursing care to patients and families. He will make an excellent member of the nursing profession!
