Justin exemplifies what it means to be an “Extraordinary Nurse”, every shift! In the last year, Justin has been recognized by many patients as one who provides a positive experience. His patients have stated he is “very attentive”, “good listener”, “personal in his nursing care”, “makes you feel safe” and for “having a great bedside manner and showing real concern”. Most recently, Justin was recognized by our Chaplain for the compassionate care provided to a patient on 7 South, who had a challenging situation. Justin was patient, and kind and went above and beyond to ensure this patient was taken care of for their hospitalization and at discharge.
