My dad spent the remaining days of his life in the ICU during the month of June. In an unexpected turn of events, he became very sick and unresponsive. Justin treated my dad with utmost respect and compassion during his stay. He was very thorough, answered all our questions as a family, and spoke to my dad as if he were conscious to process every word. He was diligent and efficient in his work as a caregiver. His passion to stay positive knowing that his patient will likely not live beyond the stay in the ICU was refreshing amongst all the negativity surrounding the end of life.

I cannot write enough to express how Justin made such an impact on our family during this time, I would need to write a book instead. He took the time to speak to my mom directly to give her a sense of peace. He always gave my dad the best care even as he had exhausted all measures to try to help with the healing process. Justin's shift was ending around the same time my dad peacefully passed away. We were happy to give him hugs as a family as he was leaving his shift and thank him for his superior service, he had provided not only the patient but all of us who were able to benefit from his compassionate genuine character.
