Recently Justin had a patient who was extremely nervous about hip surgery scheduled in the morning. The patient called his family and was unable to get ahold of them. Justin brought his personal I-pad in and found the patient's family on social media and was able to get the family a message to call the hospital to speak with the patient. Justin took the time to be present and assist the patient in his time of need.

Justin truly prioritizes making his patients feel at home and comfortable - which is especially important in the hospital where situations can be so scary. One patient was about to undergo a big surgery and had no way to contact family other than Facebook. Just let this patient use his laptop to login to Facebook and contact family members. He even brought in a streaming device for one of our long-term patients so they could pass the time watching Netflix. He is a true gem!

Justin worked constantly to make sure not only I, as a patient, was comfortable but my family as well. I felt heard in my concerns and he always went above and beyond!
