For my Diabetes, Justin shared his personal experience with the disease and provided much-appreciated advice. He paid prompt, compassionate attention to my specific needs, no matter how dirty or disgusting. He took the time to answer questions about test results and explain their meaning, thereby relieving my and my husband's anxiety. When busy with other patients he ensured other nurses checked on me and my needs. Upon transfer to a regular room, he personally called my husband to inform him when and where I was going. During the transfer, he personally moved me and made sure I was comfortably situated. I felt comfortable in his care and confident in his professional competency.
