My mom had recently moved to Coquille and ended up having a stroke within one week of living there. Justin really took care of my mom and kept me in the loop with everything going on. With me living 3 hours away, it was so difficult because I could not be near her every day. With her stroke, she was very confused and ended up with a lot of vision problems and memory issues. Justin often called to let me know what was going on and was always in a wonderful mood, which was really important because, as you can imagine, my mom was definitely nervous and scared to be there by herself.

During her hospital stay, my mom did end up falling and fracturing her knee, and Justin called to let me know. When I got to visit my mom, he was so good about introducing himself and meeting me in person. He was very thoughtful and sweet to my mom, and she only had good things to say about him, as well as the rest of the staff. He and the rest of the staff were amazing advocates for my mom, and I can never thank them enough. He really helped make this difficult and scary situation more bearable and easier to navigate. I am forever grateful to him and the rest of the staff.
