Justine went above and beyond during the care of my grandfather. He came in in critical condition after a fall and suspected GI bleed, and continued to use patience and compassion during his care. She took care in all of her actions and worked to make sure I knew what she was doing and why it was going to help my grandfather. She made sure he was kept clean, orderly, and comfortable. She kept his privacy at all times and was overall a blessing during one of the scariest times of our lives. She is truly a model of what a good nurse should be.
