Justine is a charge nurse on WCU. She sets an example everyday to our staff of a Daisy Nurse. She excels in many areas beside patient care, in which she is incredibly knowledgable. She is an expert in pediatric care and excels in the nursery, mother-baby and labor and delivery as well. She continuously educates herself and seeks education from other staff as well, in order to better herself and her skills. She leads by example on a daily basis, by working side by side her staff, supporting them, educating them and by working tirelessly to provide a safe environment, not only for the patients, but the staff as well. She always provides exceptional patient care and by far exceeds the values of CRMC. I always know that Justine will be there in the toughest of situations, with a calmness and professionalism that we all need to get us through. Justine always jumps in to help out wherever anyone needs help. I can always count on Justine to be there for our patients and our staff. I am proud to work side by side with Justine in any situation that may arise. I praise her skills, knowledge, passion, professionalism, her ability to be honest and forthcoming, but most of all her heart.
