Justine was nominated by the husband of a patient. He explained how his wife's condition was deteriorating fast and Justine "...recognized the severity of the situation and phoned for help. She got a heart doctor to come" Justine also activated the Rapid Response team. He explained that his wife needed emergent heart cardioversion(shock)and transfer to the ICU. Four days later after the event the husband returned to Justine's floor to personally thank her again for her persistence. He hugged Justine and told her "Because of you, my wife is still alive!"
