There are some nurses that just make you want to be better. When I see that
I will be working with Juvy, it makes my entire outlook a little brighter.
In all the years that I have worked with Juvy, I can't remember a single
time when she has complained. Her care with her patients is so genuine and
heartfelt. The patients always comment about how lovely, kind, and
thoughtful she is. As if it weren't enough, Juvy routinely takes time out of
her busy day to help anyone that needs it. She always puts the needs of the
patients first, and I can honestly say that Juvy is one of the best nurses
that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only does she have
great clinical skills, she is also the most compassionate caregiver I have
seen. Her enthusiasm for nursing is so strong and her patients can feel that
she really cares for them. It is an honor to work with Juvy Cordero. She
does not just deserve this award for one action, she deserves this award
because this is how she always acts.
