Jyanne is one special person. She works on the Heart and Vascular floor. I was very scared and anxious about having a procedure and she was so kind and gentle with me. She made me laugh when I wanted to cry. My wife brought me a fortune cookie that read: "a stranger's kindness will surprise and delight you." Jyanne was that stranger who became a friend and part of my family. She even came to see me after my procedure to check on me when she was no longer on the floor. She is a kind person who loves her job. You can tell with the way she treats her patients. I will never forget what she did for me.
