My husband had a recent mountain biking injury and was taken care of on Ortho-Neuro. Jyle has a positive influence on the key result of patient experience by serving first. During his stay it was obvious she loves her job and truly lives the OSF mission by serving with the greatest care and love. He was lucky to have her as his nurse for 3 nights. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and everything she did, she did with kindness. When she would leave the room she would always return when she told him she would. He knew he could count on her. Each night I knew I could go home to take care of my children and he would be left in great hands. We could feel it in our hearts that God put her there those nights for a reason to care for him. He has a long road to recovery and the care she provided during those initial, scary uncertain days was just what our family needed.
