I know you are probably already aware of the talent you have with this night shift nurse. My wife has been in the hospital for 18 days. During that time, we had Kabayunde for only three nights, but it was clear from the very first night that she stood out as an exceptionally caring and dedicated person who helped not only my wife but also our kids and me during some very trying times.

My wife will be dying here at the hospital. At every opportunity, Kabayunde went out of her way to come and check the status of my wife, even if she was not assigned to us that night. We could always count on her to deliver on what she said she would do. Medication was always on time. I’m not sure how she pulled that off, but she did!

Her mood was always positive and uplifting. When things really got tough, she shared a tear or two with us. It is very clear to us that she is a compassionate people person who truly cares about the well-being of everyone: patients, staff, family, and friends.
