Kacey showed us exemplary care while my husband was in her care.  She was able to have him on many shifts, especially the last week we were on 4H.  

One day, things took a turn for the worse for J, but Kacey was on her game.  She never became flustered but was very professional in her duties. However, she took it a step further and took good care of me while things looked pretty bleak. She will never know how much that meant to me when I felt so alone till family arrived. 
 
Her genuine hug was so appreciated.  She was very caring and concerned about the whole situation. During the last 3 days of J's stay she wanted him as her patient. That meant so much to us to be able to have consistency with his care and attention. She really did go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.  

The next day on his discharge she had a class to attend but afterwards she made a special trip up to say “goodbye”.  It was like we had become true friends.  Her kindness and concern were exceptional to us. We won’t forget!
