While in the hospital for a frightening emergency, Kaci went out of her way to make sure I was not only physically stable, but that I understood every procedure and test, and was kept up to date on the timetable for testing and results. Kaci employed excellent technique and exemplary infection control measures with every task and drew upon impressive psychosocial skills to keep me focused outside of the immediate crisis and on all possible ways to minimize future effects of illness.
