Kaci quickly identified her patient's change in condition, which led her to escalate her concerns to the physician. Her quick response allowed the patient to be transferred to a higher level of care in a matter of 20 minutes. In the meantime, one of her other patients had a change in condition. She also got him taken care of. She was so calm. She was absolutely amazing!
