Kacy was amazing from the first day we met her. Our father, 90, was taken from ED to CCU then transferred to a regular room for a 7-day stay. It was brutal torture as he was detoxing off alcohol. Kacy was attentive to the nth degree, unbelievably so. She was sensitive and caring to our father and the whole family, knowledgeable and professional. There was real trust between Kacy, our dad, and us!
Not sure what this torture week would have been without Kacy, I can only say how appreciative and grateful our whole family is to have had Kacy on our "case". She was simply incredible! Thank you, Kacy!
