I was scheduled for the removal of leaking breast implants that were 20 years old from a cancer reconstructive surgery. I was very nervous about the surgery in general and about the IV. I hate to have a needle of any kind. Right out of the gate, Kady was like a ray of sunshine. She picked up on my anxiety immediately and made me feel safe and helped me to relax. She did an amazing job starting the IV. I could barely feel it. She took her time with me and radiated with calm and confidence! She had a great rapport with the other staff, doctors, and nurses. I know I had the “A” team caring for me. I am grateful for Kady’s guidance and incredible care. She has a gift for patient care. Thank you Kady!
