In all honesty and sincerity, I want to thank Kafa for her empathy. It started when I came to do my surgery. She showed me respect and understanding of what the patient feels and suffers from. After surgery, I visited the doctor again for more than 5 times. I saw an honest effort in this nurse in terms of team spirit, respect, and sympathy. I find these things during all my visits and that is a credit to Kafa and her love for helping others. This nurse for me, as a patient or visitor is one of the best. I hope that each time I come to this hospital Kafa is my nurse.
