This man did everything to facilitate a VERY high standard of care for my wife. He was careful to explain tests and procedures and to answer all of our questions. Throughout his shift, he did everything on time including medication and IV fluids. Before my wife's ECHO and Cath, he did an immaculate job of starting a second IV line (painless).
