Kaila exceeded all expectations in her care of the patient, my brother. Throughout the night she was tender, attentive, kind, and appreciative in her care. She was immediately responsive to the concerns of my family. She also maintained a professional nature. Being a nurse is an undeniably hard position. She represented RRMC in the highest standards of patient care. Kaila displays a passion for her work, and compassion for her patient, creating trust in my family and personal admiration of my family for her loyalty to her job. She displayed love and selflessness for her job and care for others. It is with pleasure that our family nominates her for this award for she is truly deserving.
