I normally don't take the time to respond to these surveys; however, my experience on Sunday with Kailee in the ER was beyond what I would consider exceptional service.
I arrived late in the morning with a number of difficulties and was cared for in a prompt and professional manner by all of the staff. Once I was placed in an ER room I was promptly greeted by Kailee. She immediately informed me of what was going on as far as what my expectations should be in regards to the doctor's arrival. This was quite refreshing just knowing what to expect as normally I have been left in the dark sometimes for extended periods which only led to frustration on my part.
Kailee handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and should be commended for her ability despite a packed ER. She never made it seem as though she was rushed and paid personal attention to my situation.
I wanted to just take a moment to say thank you for having Kailee on your staff. It made all the difference in the world to me.
