After a hard labor and delivery and our babies ending up in the NICU, we were an emotional wreck, but Kailey made the situation so much easier with her kindness and compassion. Each time we visited the NICU, she explained everything and always tried to put our mind at ease. She didn’t just treat our twins as patients but as family, and we can’t thank her enough. Being a NICU parent is so hard but she made the journey so much easier. Thank you!
