I am a newer patient of Dr. B's and I have been so impressed with the care that he gives me as well as the staff. I am going through cancer follow-up appointments with my providers up in Chicago and that doctor wanted me to have a CT and lab work prior to my appointment. The provider's office in Chicago forgot to send my orders to Dr. B's office, which left me with a very short window to get my testing done prior to my upcoming appointment. When I called Dr. B's office, I spoke with Kailey, she was very helpful because the provider's office in Chicago only faxed over the lab orders, not the CT order. So she went above and beyond to get the CT order for me. She called me a couple of times and let me know what the status was and then even scheduled the labs at the office and my CT for me. Everything went so smoothly and I was so impressed with her follow-up and care for me that I would not have to reschedule my Chicago appointment. God has truly blessed OSF with a great nurse!
