Kailey exemplifies the true essence of a nurse! She clearly understands and practices the nursing process, compassion for patients and caregivers and an enthusiastic spirit being a nurse. Kailey's communication skills are excellent with her team and caregivers. She explains medical terminology to patients and caregivers in clear meaningful ways. She kept my father and me abreast of all procedures, meds, and results. Apart from Kailey's strong clinical skills, Kailey performed other duties of patient care (making a bed) that are often assigned to PCAs. Moreover, Kailey made sure that patient and caregivers' needs are met every time. Kailey exuberates trust and confidence in her care delivery.
