I called for assistance for my mother this morning when her IV had come out, and her bed was wet. Kaili answered the call even though she was not my mother’s RN. It was time for Kaili’s shift to end, but she went out of her way to answer the call. Kaili changed my mother’s bed, gave my mother a sponge bath, and started a new IV. She went well above and beyond her duties. Very seldom do you experience this type of professional nursing. We are so thankful for her assistance.
