I’m not even sure where to begin.  Kailynn has been absolutely amazing.  She is kind, pleasant and compassionate.  It was our first experience with alcohol withdrawal and to express how terrifying it is, seems impossible for words.  Kailynn sat down with our son and answered his questions so wisely and with so much dignity and knowledge.  He seemed so much more comfortable while she explained what all is going on, the different drugs and what they do, and why.  He finally seemed relieved of what he had to feel; it was out of his control and so scary.  She has a great sense of humor and kept things light at just the right times.  We feel so grateful to have had her and many others who helped our whole family get through a rough patch, and we will not soon forget our time with her as our nurse.  Blessings Kailynn!!  Thank you!
