Kaitlen is an incredible RN. She came to us on our third day at Children's Hospital. We were tired, worried about our daughter, and out of ideas on how to help her and motivate her. Our daughter had a chest tube and she was tired, sick, and wouldn't eat or drink. Kaitlen motivated her. She got Boost for her and made incentives if she drank it. She got her to get out of bed. She got her to walk outside and back. She got her to drink two Boosts. It helped her drain her lungs and helped her make good progress. If it wasn't for Kaitlen's incredible nursing skills, enormous heart, great motivation, bargaining skills, and desire to not only brighten the days of her patients but also their parents, we would have likely thrown in the towel. We would have been very discouraged and upset. Kaitlen saved all of us and for that, we can't thank her enough.
